When It Rains the Shit Really Hits the Fan
Came out this morning to go to work as usual but quickly found that my car door had not been completely shut. Upon further inspection I found my battery was dead. Oh...and my passenger window was smashed and my radio and CDs had been stolen. But I got the last laugh, the thief (or thieves as I suspect this high profile item surely warranted the likes of Ocean and his 11 or possibly even his 12), forgot to steal the remote control that was right there in the center console. HA HA HA...suckers. I'm not to concerned about the CDs since they were copies anyway (a lesson I learned the first time my car was broken into in New Hampshire), but the radio hurts a bit.
So as I wait for the police officer that will eventually scribe my harrowing tale (which is destined to become legend) to show up and do nothing significant about this injustice, I ponder life's greatest mysteries. Will my insurance cover this? And will the cop give me a ride to work?

Thanks for all the hugs, but I'm doing pretty well. Yes it sucks, but it was only my car. Had it been my apartment, I'd be on a plane headed for NH and not once look back.

I like Atlanta (to visit). You've got Vietnamese food, Cuban food, the Tomato store and Taco Cabana. But are burritos and Pocky worth having your possessions stolen? That's a tough call.
Looking forward to living in Atlanta? I don't think I ever was! I am looking forward to being with you, wherever you may be. I would gladly have all my possessions stolen if it meant that I could still be with you. (Damn, I never knew I could be so sappy.)
